超高效液相-质谱联用法测定化妆品中9种禁用激素

摘要:
建立化妆品中非法添加的9种糖皮质激素的快速测定方法。采用超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法(UPLC- MS/MS), 以ACQUITY UPLC®BEN C18色谱柱(50 mm×2.1 mm,1.7 μm),流动相采用甲醇-水,电喷雾电离(ESI)联合相关信息扫描(IDA)与增强离子扫描(EPI)的扫描方式,对化妆品中非法添加的9种糖皮质激素成分进行快速定性分析,检测限低于0.4μg/mL。

Determination of nine kinds of hormone illegally added to cosmetics with UPLC-MS/MS

Abstract:
A rapid determination method of 9 kinds of glucocorticoid illegally added to cosmetics was established. Ultra performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry (UPLC-MS/MS), ACQUITY UPLC® BEN C18 column (50 mm×2.1 mm, 1.7 μm), the mobile phase (V (methanol) : V (water) = 90 : 10), electrospray ionization (ESI) and the scanning methods of information–dependent acquisition (IDA) and enhanced ion scanning (EPI) were used for the rapid qualitative analysis of 9 kinds of glucocorticoid illegally added in cosmetics. The detection limit was less than 0.4 μg/mL.
