| 摘要: |
| 建立化妆品中非法添加的9种糖皮质激素的快速测定方法。采用超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法（UPLC- MS/MS）, 以ACQUITY UPLC®BEN C18色谱柱（50 mm×2.1 mm，1.7 μm），流动相采用甲醇-水，电喷雾电离（ESI）联合相关信息扫描（IDA）与增强离子扫描（EPI）的扫描方式，对化妆品中非法添加的9种糖皮质激素成分进行快速定性分析，检测限低于0.4μg/mL。 |

| A rapid determination method of 9 kinds of glucocorticoid illegally added to cosmetics was established. Ultra performance
liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry (UPLC-MS/MS), ACQUITY UPLC® BEN C18 column (50 mm×2.1 mm, 1.7 μm),
the mobile phase (V (methanol) : V (water) = 90 : 10), electrospray ionization (ESI) and the scanning methods of information–dependent acquisition (IDA) and enhanced ion scanning (EPI) were used for the rapid qualitative analysis of 9 kinds of glucocorticoid illegally added in cosmetics. The detection limit was less than 0.4 μg/mL. |
