| The structure characteristics of sea cucumber polypeptides, particularly collagen peptides, were reviewed. The functions
of collagen peptides with different molecular weights were compared in antioxidation, whitening and moisturizing. The preparation,
separation and purification of peptide products were summarized. The problems and research directions of the domestic industry of sea
