The degradation of pesticide residues for four commercial fruit and vegetable cleaning agents, including three enzyme products (denoted as products A, B and C) and one alkaline product, were analyzed by UPLC-UV. The degradation effectiveness on common fruit and vegetable pesticide residues were analyzed, meanwhile the degradation effectiveness of four products were compared under different reaction time and temperature. |
