| 摘要: |
| 介绍了咪唑烷基脲类、碘丙炔醇丁基氨甲酸酯、对羟基苯甲酸酯类、异噻唑啉酮类以及苯氧乙醇等化妆品常用防腐剂的特性，并结合消费者关注的防腐剂安全性问题，依据上述防腐剂在欧盟化妆品法规中的演变及我国《化妆品安全技术规范》（2015年版）中的使用指导，给出了其法规限量下使用的安全性。 |

| Abstract: |
| The properties of several commonly used preservatives in cosmetics, such as imidazolidinyl urea, iodopropynyl
butylcarbamate, parabens, isothiazolinones and phenoxyethanol have been introduced. Combined with the consumer concerns of
preservative safety, the security of preservatives mentioned above has been given under the regulatory limited range according to
the development of EU cosmetics regulations and the guidance of Safety and Technical Standards for Cosmetics （2015 edition） for
cosmetics. |
