反相微乳液法制备纳米银/羧甲基壳聚糖复合微粒

摘要:
采用反相微乳液法,以水合肼为还原剂制备纳米银/羧甲基壳聚糖复合微粒,并用红外光谱、X射 线衍射、透射电镜对制备的样品微粒进行表征,讨论了搅拌速度、AgNO3用量以及乳液体系的组 成对纳米银复合粒子形貌与尺寸的影响。结果表明,当搅拌速度为1 400 r/min,AgNO3用量为 0.52 g,吐温- 80/液体石蜡体积比为4∶5时,可制得粒径在50 nm左右的纳米银/羧甲基壳聚糖复 合微粒,且粒子具有较好的面心立方晶体结构。

Preparation of nano-silver /carboxymethyl chitosan composite particles by inversemicro-emulsion method

Abstract:
Nano-silver/carboxymethyl chitosan composite particles were prepared by inverse micro-emulsion method with hydrazine hydrate as reductant. FT-IR spectrum, X-ray diffraction and TEM were taken to characterize the structure of sample particles. The influences of stirring rate, addition amount of AgNO3 and the ingredients of inverse emulsions on the morphology and size of nanosilver composite particles were discussed. The experimental results indicated that, when the stirring rate was 1 400 r/min, the amount of AgNO3 was 0.52 g, and the ratio of Tween-80/liquid paraffin was 4∶5, the nano-silver/carboxymethyl chitosan composite particles with diameter around 50 nm could be obtained, and the particles had face-centered cubic crystal structure.
