| 采用正交试验法对厨房油污清洗剂配方进行优化。考察了配方中溶剂、碱和表面活性剂的用量对清洗剂去污力的影响。正交试验结果显示，厨房油污清洗剂的较佳配方是：2.5%丙二醇丁醚，2.5%乙二醇丁醚，1%硅酸钠，2%柠檬酸钠，4% 6501， 3% APG， 2.5% AES，0.1%苯并三氮唑。 |

| The formulation of kitchen oil detergent formulation was optimized by orthogonal experiment. The effects of dosage ofsolvent, alkali and surfactants on the detergency of cleaning agent were studied. The optimal formula of cleaning agent by orthogonal experiment was as follows: propanediol butyl ether 2.5%, 2-butoxy ethanol 2.5%, sodium silicate 1%, sodium citrate 2%, 6501 4%, APG 3%, AES 2.5% and 1H-benzotriazole 0.1%. |
