不同方式制备松茸化妆品原料的美白功效研究

摘要:
为了解不同方式制备的松茸化妆品原料的美白功效差异,采用MT T等方法测定水提、醇提和发酵3种方式制备的松茸化妆品原料对B16细胞增殖的影响及对B16细胞内酪氨酸酶活性的抑制作用。结果表明,发酵方式制备的松茸化妆品原料对B16细胞增殖和酪氨酸酶活性的抑制作用要明显优于水提和醇提方式;发酵方式制备的松茸化妆品原料的美白效果较佳,其可能是因为发酵作用可以从松茸中提取出更多或更强的美白有效物质。

Abstract:
The differences in whitening effects of Tricholoma matsutake cosmetic materials prepared by different methods were investigated. Methods such as MTT were used to evaluate the T.matsutake cosmetic materials (which were prepared by water extraction, alcohol extraction and fermentation, respectively) through their effects on B16 cell proliferation and the inhibition of tyrosinase activity in B16 cells. The results showed that the effect of the T.matsutake cosmetic materials from fermentation was more significant than that of the ones from water extraction and alcohol extraction on the inhibition of proliferation and tyrosinase activity in B16 cells. Moreover, the T.matsutake cosmetic materials prepared from fermentation also had better wwhitening effect, probably because more and stronger whitening substances could be extracted from T.matsutake by fermentation.
