高效液相色谱法检测牙膏中氨甲环酸含量

摘要:
为避免牙膏中其他成分干扰检测,通过阳离子交换柱对牙膏溶液进行预处理,分离干扰物;再把氨甲环酸洗脱下来,合并浓缩后用HPLC进行检测。结果表明,牙膏空白基质不影响氨甲环酸的含量测定。氨甲环酸在50~250 mg/L 峰面积和浓度呈良好的线性关系,R2=0.999 8,平均回收率均大于99%,RSD均小于1%,最低检出限为3.128 mg/L,最低定量限为10.43 mg/L。可见,该方法准确、简便,专属性强,重现性好,可作为牙膏产品的质量控制方法。

Abstract:
To determine the content of tranexamic acid in toothpaste by HPLC. To avoid the interferences in toothpaste, separate the interference in toothpaste solution by cation exchange resin to get a purified sample. Detect the tranexamic acid amount by HPLC. Results show that the blank matrix has no effect on the determination of tranexamic acid. A good relationship was observed at 50~250 mg/L between peak area and concentration, with the correlation coefficient R2=0.9998. The average recoveries were more than 99% (RSDs < 1.0%, n =3). The limit of detection (LOD) was 3.128 mg/L. The limit of quantitation (LOQ) was 10.43 mg/L. The method is easy, rapid, accurate, reproducible and highly specific. It can be used to control the toothpaste quality.
