| The current situation of plant materials of cosmetics were summarized. The design of cosmetic formulation containing effective plant materials was proposed according to traditional Chinese medicine theory, such as “monarch minister assistant and guide”， Chinese medicine compatibility group, “seven methods in prescription compatibility” and processing technology. The way of design was concretely illustrated with an example of plant composition with skin-whitening efficacy. |
