| Abstract: |
| The concept of Chinese Aromatherapy has been put forward. An overview of the origin and development of Chinese aromatherapy has been provided. The characteristics and application method of traditional Chinese fragrant herbs have been summarized. It has been pointed out that, on the basis of Chinese fragrant herbs, Chinese aromatherapy has a unique theoretical system with specific components, application methods and composition principles. Chinese aromatherapy has absorbed the advantages of Western aromatherapy and is more suitable for Chinese people, which has the prospect of research and development. |
