| 采用两次大孔树脂吸附分离工艺从无患子果皮中提取无患子皂苷，结果表明，通过丙酮沉降及正丁醇萃取，两次D101大孔树脂富集与纯化，得到的无患子皂苷纯度为90.27%。 |

| The Sapindus-saponin was extracted from Sapindus fruit peel through twice adsorption of D101 macroporous resin. The results showed that through the settlement in acetone and the extraction with n-butanol and the twice enrichment and purification with D101 macroporous resin, the purity of Sapindus-saponin could reach 90.27%. |
