研究通过响应面优化法对纳米乳液制备工艺进行优化,考察了PEG-20氢化蓖麻油质量分数、平衡温度、搅拌速度对终产品综合评分的影响。研究发现,平衡温度和搅拌速度对综合评分有显著性影响。模型预测值与实测值间无显著性差异,模型预测性良好。 |

Abstract: |
Response surface method was applied to optimize the preparation technology of nano-emulsion. The effects of mass fraction of PEG-20 hydrogenated castor oil, equilibrium temperature and stirring rate on the comprehensive score of final products were studied. The results showed that equilibrium temperature and stirring rate both had significant effects on the comprehensive score. No significant difference was found between predicted values and measured ones. This model had satisfactory predictivity. |
