| 综述了国内外化妆品非动物测试法规进程及发展趋势。主要从法规政策变革，替代方法的开发及法规采纳几个方面对比了国内外的最新进展，详细分析了我国化妆品非动物测试相关政策及替代方法采纳进程，展望了化妆品行业体外替代方法发展趋势。最后指出发展化妆品非动物测试方法是我国化妆品产业链升级和市场分化的重要契机，未来将迎来安全评价模式变迁，全球协同市场迅速发展及品牌建设新概念的新态势。 |

| Abstract: |
| The process and development trend of non-animal testing regulations of cosmetics both at home and abroad had been reviewed. The global and domestic progresses were compared in the aspects of the regulation & policy changes, the development of alternative methods and the regulatory adoption. The process of relevant policy changes and alternative adoption in China on nonanimal testing had been analyzed in detail. Then the future trend of in vitro alternative methods in cosmetic industry was prospected. It had been pointed out that the development of cosmetic non-animal testing methods would be a critical opportunity for upgrading and market differentiation for the Chinese cosmetic industry. The future market will encounter the evolution of safety evaluation paradigm, the booming in global coherent market and the new concept on brand building. |
