| 研究含沙棘油牙膏的稳定性、体内抗炎和止血功效、体外修复效果，采用小鼠耳肿胀实验、兔肝脏止血实验、人牙龈成纤维细胞修复实验评估其体内抗炎和止血功效、体外修复功效。结果表明，沙棘油牙膏符合国标GB 8372的要求，具有较好的体内抗炎和止血、体外修复的效果。 |

| Abstract: |
| The stability and the anti-inflammatory, hemostasia and injury-repairing effects of toothpaste with sea buckthorn oil was studied in vivo and in vitro. The anti-inflammation action was observed through the ear edema method in mice. The hemostatic effect was assessed using a rabbit liver bleeding model, while the ability of healing cell wound was assessed using the experiment of HGF-1 cell scratch repairment. The results showed that the toothpaste passed the state standard (GB8372) and had significant effects in antiinflammation, hemostasia and repairing injury in vivo and in vitro. |
