综述了紫外损伤皮肤机理,并针对机理总结了具有防晒功能的植物源成分。提出了具有紫外过滤特性的植物源成分可被用来替代或减少合成防晒剂的用量。除紫外吸收特性外,植物源成分具有降低DNA损伤、抗炎、抗氧化、抑制光老化和红斑的防晒增效作用,能进一步减少紫外辐射对皮肤造成的损伤。 |

Abstract: |
The mechanism of skin damages caused by UV has been reviewed and the plant ingredients with sunscreen efficacy have been summarized. It is proposed that several plant ingredients with UV absorption property can be used to substitute the synthetic sunscreen agents or reduce their dosage. Besides the UV absorption property, plant ingredients can be found with synergistic efficacies such as reducing DNA damage, anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, and the inhibition of light aging and erythema, which provide further protection against the damage of UV radiation exposure. |
