| Abstract: |
| The concept of highly concerned substances in cosmetics was introduced. The regulatory requirements and risk assessment methods for substances prohibited and restricted in cosmetics in China and EU were discussed. The theory of maximum safety limit for raw materials and impurities in cosmetics was put forward. Finally, the safety assessment was made in the actual case of Chromium (VI). |
