| 使用L9（34）正交试验，初步研究了脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠（AES）、十二烷基苯磺酸（LAS）、脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物（FMEE）及脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚（AEO7）等4种常用表面活性剂在浓缩洗衣液体系中的应用。通过对去污力和水溶性等性质的测试，优化出一种浓缩洗衣液的基础配方为12% AES、12% LAS、10% FMEE、10% AEO7 、3%乙醇，其他0.7%，去离子水补足。该配方不会出现凝胶现象且去污测试结果分别为1.22(JB01)、2.94(JB02)、1.45(JB03)，溶解性评分为3分。 |

| Abstract: |
| The application in liquid laundry detergent systems with four widely used surfactants, sodium fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether sulfate (AES), dodecyl benzene sulfonic acid (LAS), fatty acid methyl ester ethoxylate (FMEE), and fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether (AEO7) was studied. The L9(34) orthogonal test method was used. Based on the properties of detergency and water solubility,a concentrated laundry detergent formula was optimized. The basis of optimization for the concentrated laundry detergent formula was 12% AES, 12% LAS, 10% AEO7 , 10% FMEE, 3% ethanol, and 0.7% for others, and complemented with deionized water. The gel
phenomenon would not occur in this formula and the detergency test results were 1.22(JB01), 2.94(JB02) and 1.45(JB03), and the solubility score was three points. |
