| 研究牡丹花蕾提取物的体外抗氧化及美白活性。利用DPPH自由基清除实验检测其抗氧化能力，利用酪氨酸酶活性抑制实验及B16F10细胞黑色素生成抑制实验评估其美白活性。结果表明，MDT、MD30具有较强的抗氧化及美白活性。 |

| Studied the activities of antioxidant and whitening about Paeonia suffruticosa flower bud extracts in vitro. Analyzed the antioxidation effect of extracts by DPPH test, evaluated the skin whitening effect of extracts by tyrosinase activity inhibition test and B16F10 melanin synthesis inhibition test. The result showed that MDT, MD30 had the great anti-oxidation effect and skin whitening activity. |
