| 摘 要： | 近年来，人们普遍使用美白化学物抑制皮肤黑色素的形成，以达到皮肤美白的目的。因此，评价美白化妆品的效果如何成为关键问题。针对美白化妆品的功效评价进行了综述，根据其是否抑制了皮肤细胞中酪氨酸酶的活性，介绍了5种常用的美白化妆品功效评价方法，分别为细胞水平功效测定、动物试验法、人体皮肤试验法、细胞生物学培养法和人体适用法结合仪器进行测定。

| Abstract: | Recently, people use whitening cosmetics products popularly in order to inhibit the formation of the melanin in the skin with the purpose of whitening the skin. Subsequently, evaluating the effeetion of whitening cosmetics is the key point. The article mainly discusses the efficacy evaluation of whitening cosmetics, according to that cosmetic inhibits the tyrosinase activity and introducing five methods of whitening cosmetics efficacy evaluation. They are cell-level efficacy measurament, animal testing, human skin testing, cell biologic and equipment. |
