| 摘 要： | 日化工业的发展要求采用快速灵敏的微生物检测方法。目前微生物的快速检测法大致可分为两类 ,即根据微生物生长代谢活动及其产物而建立的方法和基于微生物的组成成分的检测方法。常用微生物自动快速检测系统有ATP -生物荧光自动检测微生物系统和电阻值自动检测微生物系统等。

| Abstract: | The development of household products industry demands rapid and sensitive microbial detection methods. Two major classes of rapid microbial detection methods can be distinguished. The first class is based on cellular behavior and microbial metabolism while the second class is based on specific cellular composition. Some of these methods, including ATP-bioluminescence mdthod and electrical impedance method, have already been materialized into commercially available instruments. |
