| 摘 要： | 论述了N-脂肪酰基谷氨酸盐的基本性能，并对其在家用洗涤剂、香波、沐浴露、洗手液、洗面奶和固体皂中的应用进行了研究。N-脂肪酰基谷氨酸盐是一种性能温和、品质优良的表面活性剂，应用前景广阔。

| Abstract: | The fundamental characteristics of N - acylglutamates and their application in household detergents, shampoos, shower gel,hand cleaners, facial washing milks and soaps were studied.It is showed that N - acylglutamates are a kind of surfactants with fine quality and kindly property, which are expected to be sued more widely. |
