HPLC法测定无盐咪唑啉中丙烯酸含量

摘要:
采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定无盐咪唑啉中丙烯酸的含量。结果表明,丙烯酸在9.09 ~77.27 μg/mL与峰面积有良好的线性关系(r =0.999 5),该方法的检出限和定量限分别为0.1 μg/mL 和0.3 μg/mL;精密度、重复性实验相对标准偏差(RSD)均小于2.0%。丙烯酸的平均加标回收 率为90.99%,RSD为2.52%(n =9)。

Abstract:
The content of acrylic acid in salt-free imidazoline was determined by high performance liquid chromatography. The results showed that the linear range of acrylic acid was 9.09 ~ 77.27 μg/mL (r = 0.999 5), the LOD was 0.1 μg/mL and the LOQ was 0.3 μg/mL. The RSD of precision and reproducibility tests were both less than 2.0%. The average recovery of the acrylic acid was 90.99%, and the RSD was 2.52% (n=9).
