以异辛醇、环氧丙烷和气体三氧化硫为原料,经丙氧基化、硫酸化和中和3步反应合成了一种短支链型Extended表面活性剂异辛醇聚氧丙烯醚硫酸盐(i- OPS)。利用红外光谱和核磁氢谱对其结构进行了鉴定,并对其相关物化性能进行了研究。结果表明i- OPS在25 ℃时其临界胶束浓度(cmc)和最低表面张力(γcmc)分别为15.6 mmol·L-1 和33.3 mN·m -1 ,其动态表面张力和动态接触角的降低幅度和降低速度均随浓度的增大而增大,在室温下其质量分数为1.0%水溶液对NaCl的耐受性高于200 g·L-1 。 |

A branched short-alkyl Extended surfactant, sodium isooctyl polyoxypropylene ether sulfate (i-OPS), was synthesized via three-
step reactions i.e. propoxylation, sulfation and neutralization. The product was characterized by FTIR and 1 HNMR. Its physicochemical
properties were investigated. The results showed that the critical micelle concentration (cmc) and surface tension at cmc ( γ cmc ) of i-OPS were 15.6 mmol · L -1 and 33.3 mN · m -1 , respectively. From the results of dynamic surface tension and dynamic contact angle, it could be
noticed that both the reducing extent and the reducing rate of surface tension and contact angle of i-OPS remarkably increased with the
concentration of the surfactant solution. The salt tolerance measurement showed that 1.0% i-OPS solution could endure more than 200 g · L -1
NaCl at room temperature. |
