| 研究牡丹花蕾提取物的体外抗氧化及美白活性。利用DPPH自由基清除实验检测其抗氧化能力，利用酪氨酸酶活性抑制实验及B16F10细胞黑色素生成抑制实验评估其美白活性。结果表明，MDT和MD30具有较强的抗氧化及美白活性。 |

| The antioxidant and whitening activities of Paeonia suffruticosa flower bud extracts in vitro were studied. The antioxidation effect of extracts was analyzed by DPPH test, while the skin whitening effect of extracts was evaluated by testing the inhibition of
tyrosinase activity and B16F10 melanin synthesis. The results showed that MDT, MD30 had great anti-oxidation effect and skin whitening activity. |
