多元线性回归分析法预测防晒产品喜好度模型初探

摘要:
采用多元线性回归分析的逐步回归法,对3大类共61款市售防晒产品分别建立产品喜好度预测模型。对于防晒乳/霜类产品,与整体喜好度显著相关的感官指标包括油腻感ht5、质感、存留量ht5、油腻感f t0、厚重感f t2和湿润感,模型的Adj- R 2为0.471;对于防晒摇珠而言,喜好度预测模型的最终结果包含6个感官属性,分别是存留量ht5、质感、厚重感f t0、光泽度ht2、油腻感ht5和油腻感ft0,模型的Adj- R 2是0.363;对于防晒喷雾类产品,厚重感ft5、香气、存留量ht2、油腻感ft0、吸收速度、黏滞感ft0、湿润感与整体喜好度显著相关,其Adj- R 2为0.463。3个模型的因变量与自变量之间的线性关系均显著,符合多元线性回归的要求,同时对3个模型的预测值进行验证,结果得到模型的预测值与实际打分值均接近。从3类防晒预测模型可以看出3种剂型的防晒喜好度均与存留量、厚重感和油腻感呈正相关。

Abstract:
Multiple linear regression analysis (stepwise regression) was performed to obtain the prediction model of overall preferences for 61 sunscreen products belonging to three different types which were commercially available. The overall preference of sunscreen lotion/cream was significant related to greasy feel(ht5), textural feel, retention(ht5), massiness(ft2), greasy feel(ft0) and moist feel, and its Adjusted R2 was 0.471. The preference of sunscreen shaking products was significant related to retention(ht5), textural feel, massiness(ft0), glossiness (ht2), greasy feel(ht5) and greasy feel(ft0), and its Adjusted R2 was 0.363. The preference of sunscreen spraying products was significant related to massiness(ft5), fragrance, retention(ht2), greasy feel(ft0), absorbance speed, sticky feel(ft0) and moist feel, and its Adjusted R2 was 0.463. The linear relation between the dependent variable and the independent variable was significant for all the three models, which met the requirements of multiple linear regression. The predicted values of the three models were also verified, which were all close to the actual score given by panels. It could be seen that the preferences of the three types of sunscreen products were all positively related to retention, messiness and greasy feel.
